SAMANGU (10) is a very progressive, lightly raced mare who has won both starts this time in, doing it easily as favourite each time. She was backed into $1.40 at Caulfield Heath and won in the style of a horse capable of going right through the grades. She drops 4.5kg into this and will be very hard to catch once more. KIKO (5) doesn't win out of turn but has been close up in two runs back, only beaten a long neck by the smart Cleo Cat at Ballarat last time. This is a similar race, she should be right there again. SISTERHOOD (7) was okay from the back fresh at 1000m and is unbeaten (3/3) at 1200m. Fitter and Shinn sticks, she should go well. SUBLIMINAL (2) was good at big odds fresh and has claims on that.
