See no reason to jump off THE OPEN (3) who beat a few key rivals at Ballarat last time out, coming from behind to do so in a strong win. He draws wide here but does have the tactical speed to put himself in the race and he can go on with the job now. SIR ATLAS (12) hit the front at Ballarat but was ultimately no match for THE OPEN late. He was only first up there so strips fitter, the slight niggle is staying at 1400m. HELIX (15) looks ready to peak third up and out to 1400m now. He gets in on the minimum and should land in a good spot just off the pace. IS IT ME (8) has been racing well, close up in THE OPEN's race last time. He finally draws a better gate now and could settle closer. Big watch on GLOBAL HARMONY (7) off a year long break back from Hong Kong. He had a habit of not jumping out of the gates but has trialled well. Late betting key.
