The ace draw gives him the chance to back that up. Former Kiwi PERUN NZ (7) improved off a second in his Victorian debut before coming from the back row again and digging deep to score at Cranbourne last time. Has upside so could take the next step. SAIFA NZ (2) was a big improver second-up last week, coming from this barrier and chasing along the sprint lane for second. Proven third-up so could progress further. JACCKA CONNOR NZ (3) has been good in recording a win and a second from back row draws in his last two outings here. Draws well so respect along with ODIN (11) who has put together a string of wins and placings including a win from a similar barrier here last month.
