Won both the Ballarat and Bendigo cups earlier in the campaign. Strong claims with even luck. CANTFINDABETTORMAN (4) resumes off some good form, winning both a heat and the consolation of the Inter Dominion late last year. Usually goes well fresh so looking for a good return. BETTOR ISOLATE (1) found winning form here last week and the ace draw could see him go on with it. ROCKNROLL HAMMER (7) led from a similar draw last week and stuck on for his fourth runner-up result in five starts since winning here. Former NSW Derby winner SOHO SPECTRE (9) is an interesting newcomer to the Stanley yard. Has a good record at this distance. Market watch.
