POETIC PRINCESS (1) raced from just off the pace against the males last time and stayed on well to finish third. She meets the right field and should find herself in the winner's enclosure. DANCING IN WINTER (6) is better than her last start run over 1000m on this course would suggest. She stumbled leaving the start and never got into the race. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. If finding the form of her penultimate run, she should pose a threat. SWEET CAKE (2) was in need of her last start run over 1000m on this course when resuming from a spell. She would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. On best form shown, she should be figuring in the finish. ONE GIANT LEAP (5) resumes from a spell and is having her first outing under new trainer Alan Greeff. Fresh-up with Richard Fourie in the saddle is worth considering.
