AUNTIE DEB (8) was out of the money two runs back at Addington then was at his best last start to score by 4 metres over 1700m at Ashburton Raceway. Has to contend with a very wide draw but can double the dose. NYLA (5) finished ninth last start over 2200m at Ascot Park Raceway, beaten 25 metres, after a modest seventh at Wingatui the run prior. Has the ability to take this out. OFF THE EDGE (7) was responsible for a better effort last time out when third over 1980m at Addington. Should run a big race. SANTANNA MACH (9) disappointed last time but is a chance based on a good win over 1950m at Rangiora two runs back. He always gives himself a chance in these types of races and another honest effort can be expected.
