Loved her win here over 2000m two starts back when charging home off a strong tempo then she had to concede a fair bit of weight to rivals last time when staying at 2000m which potentially dulled her finish. That said, she still ran very well for second and now getting to 2500m, she can improve again. VELLASMACHINE (9) was the eye-catcher here last time, finding the line strongly for a narrow fourth. Can't see the rise in trip being an issue of his recent closing splits and with a bit more race craft he'll go close. CHAMPAGNE JENNI (10) was heavily backed to beat SHOCKLETZ and co two back before being given a negative ride at Sandown Hillside and flying home to just miss. Drawn better now, she can race on speed and figure in the finish. POLITELY DUN (1) is back from the G1 Qld Derby and will stay strongly, something many others are unproven at. FRONTLINE ACTION (11) next best.
