KATIM'S CLUB (11) hasn't run a bad race of late and was narrowly beaten on a wet track at Casterton most recently. The Soft ground today won't pose an issue and, from the inside draw, should get a cheap run to be in the finish again. There has been merit in all three runs this campaign by SHISUTA BO (9), who draws well to stalk the speed. The 3kg claim of Tootell comes in handy and while she's 0/7 on a wet track, her last start was solid enough to suggest she can run a big race again today. There's no reason why HIGHLANDS (3) can't go close again after an impressive all-the-way win last time. He commands plenty of respect. STREETCAR APOLLO (15) is hard to knock on recent form and has to be included.
