EASTBRO ZARA (8) had put the writing on the wall with back-to-back placings before breaking through for a maiden win at this circuit and distance last start, racing parked but digging deep to get home by a narrow margin. Draws on the back row but could go through her grades now. CHAMPAGNE WALSH (9) made a nice return at his latest appearance, missing EASTBRO ZARA by just a nose. Draws on the second line this time but is open to improvement so could turn the tables. MANU BAY (3) is a six-year-old gelding by Heston Blue Chip on debut. Solid at the trials and a nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. CITYIDOL (4) has trialled since the last appearance and is is worth some thought.
