Has won on dry and wet footing. Can handle this grade. RIVIERA REBEL (2) is better than last start shows. Has won third up before. Drawn out here. Deserves another chance for certain. IN VEGAS (6) has not gone a really poor race in ages. She has won in dry and wet conditions as well. Must be included here.
