Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is right in contention. EPI LE CIEL (7) turned in a moderate run over this journey last time out, settling in a rearwards position and failing to make an impact when ninth over 1200m at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. KITANO RYAN (11) was safely held last time when beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth at today's course and distance. Has a wide gate to contend with again. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Not to be discounted.
