He got the maiden out of the way narrowly two back, measuring up well to BM66 grade here last time, no match for impressive winner Touchdown (who is entered later), but beating the rest. Lands in a good spot from the inside gate and should go close. MOZZONI (6) beat Jenni Bassett (in Race 1) last start at Geelong to break the maiden. Bit harder here but can measure up at big odds. CERTAINLY QUIET (8) comes here having beaten in a maiden on debut, but it was a strong maiden and she was closing strongly from a very tough spot. Up to this trip suits and Williams booked is a good lead. SIGNORETTI (5) broke through for a comfortable maiden win at Tatura when last seen off the back of consistent form. Up to 1600m should be no issue and he can go on with it. ANGELOS (7) is going okay and back up to a mile should suit now.
