Looked a little unsure of herself down the straight track on Tuesday but was still able to win & runs out maiden nominations today. Qualified on this track in a fast time so should deliver at the short odds.

Just a fair third in a small field a fortnight ago but his experience should count against a number of c1 dogs that haven't been here on raceday. 6 Tapu Girl is an exciting unbeaten chaser but this is a new situation for her & she hasn't raced in a while.

Won two maiden races in contrasting styles on different tracks. Was slow away when winning on debut here but was straight to the front at Manawatu. Looks up to this.

Was jostled then badly checked last Friday when returning to her favourite track for the first time in a while. Should outjump the pair drawn inside her.

Dominant winner of the faster of two heats from the same draw. 3 Big Time Messi draws underneath him this time but that's not necessarily a good thing in this instance.

Beat some of her main rivals a week ago. Knocking on the door. 2 Big Time Battle downgrades & his c3 efforts were ok.

Bumped at the first bend when on the pace in the fastest Wanganui Cup heat. Can gain compensation tonight.

Won the fastest heat after finding the front in a slick opening sectional. Won a group one from a similar draw here last December.
