Roso unleashes his straight up selections

Mark Rosanowski gives us his selections for all 11 races of Greyhound action from the Whanganui Straight track.
Solid second in a small field here last week gives him a winning hope today despite fading over 457m at Manawatu. 4 Small Town Boy got home well for second here two starts back running past 3 All the Best although he looked unsure about the catching pen. 1 Big Time Loki is the best dog in the field on ability but he has looked lost down the straight to date.
Selections: 7-4-3-1
Downgrades off fair form & returns to what has been his best track so far. Second in a c4 race the last time he visited. 3 Sister Shadow stumbled early last week which was costly to the front-runner.
Selections: 2-3-6-8
Big win in this grade at Manawatu. Has looked good down the straight in the past. 4 Cliff Top Vinnie was disappointing here last week but he was backing up after a 520m win on the Friday. Include at odds.
Selections: 6-4-2-1
Yet to win here but has placed in all four outings behind handy hounds. Was big in defeat at Manawatu. 6 Bora Bora is back up in class but his winning time last start measures up in this field.

Is making his open class debut. On time he would have finished second to Loveable Rogue last week & that dog is missing today. 3 Big Time Maestro needed the run here last week & built on it with a strong second at Manawatu.

Pushed Diamond Frankie in her downgrade run. Should be winning this on that run.
Selections: 7-8-6-3
Up in class after last week's slick win. She ran faster than today's favourite 2 Super League who finished third in another race behind 4 Big Time Vanilla.
Selections: 8-2-4-5
Has only won once in 45 starts but she ran a personal best when second a week ago & the favourite 2 Pressure's On was pretty plain in another race on the same day.
Selections: 6-2-8-7
Downgrades into a race that looks well within her grasp. Her time last Tuesday when sixth was faster than that recorded by 8 Dolly Drama winning her maiden.

Getting fitter with each run in this campaign & was a close third at massive odds a week back. 1 Groot's Galaxy looks the best dog here on ability but it's hard to explain his last two failures.
Selections: 7-1-6-3
Won his maiden here easily before running second as a hot favourite at Manawatu. Is short enough again in the market. 3 Sugar Sugar. Her placed time last week measures up well to the favourite.
